What your session will involve
Step 1 – 15 minute complimentary discover call
- A confidential 15 minute telephone call to briefly discuss your issue.
- Opportunity at this stage to ask questions and gain clarity about the sessions .
- At this point we will both know if this is for you and you are on your way to freedom from your issue.

Step 2 – Your Session
Your session will be conducted either in person in Belfast or via Zoom online.
- An initial 20 minute consultation where we will discuss what you would like to change and what your desired outcome would be. This allows your therapy to be tailored directly to you.
- 45-60 minutes Hypnosis which usually includes regression.
- A personal recording for you to listen to for at least 21 consecutive days to reinforce your session and maintain your therapy.
Step 3 – Your participation
After your session, I will email your personal recording you can transfer to your phone / computer.
It is vital that you listen to your recording daily for at least 21 days after our consultation.
- The recording is designed around your specific needs and goals and it is by repeatedly listening to these new, positive beliefs that you will break old, unwanted behaviours and thought processes.
- Your session fee includes regular emails / telephone calls to help you through the process.
- After 21 days a follow up review appointment is then put in place in insure your success.

For instance, let’s say you’ve built a story around an upcoming job interview, filled with anxieties about rejection or failure. Through open discussion, I’ll help you identify the source of these anxieties and limiting beliefs.
The Session: Unveiling the Root and Planting the Seeds of Change
The RTT session itself follows a structured format, designed to create a safe and effective space for transformation. Here’s a glimpse into what you can expect:
- Preparation and Relaxation: I’ll gently guide you into a deeply relaxed state using hypnotherapy techniques. This state allows for heightened focus and easier access to the subconscious mind, where lasting change can be cultivated.
- Uncovering the Root Cause: Through guided visualization or gentle questioning, I’ll help you identify the core beliefs or experiences that are contributing to your negative preconceptions. In the job interview example, you might revisit a past experience that led to a fear of public speaking, or identify limiting beliefs about your own abilities.
- Reframing and Reprogramming: Once the root cause is identified, I’ll guide you through a process of reframing your perspective and replacing negative beliefs with positive affirmations. This is where the “transformational” aspect of RTT comes in. In the job interview scenario, you might visualize yourself confidently delivering your answers, create affirmations about your skills and experience, or release any negative emotions associated with past experiences.
- Future Pacing: Here, I’ll guide you through a visualization exercise where you imagine yourself successfully navigating future situations related to your concern. In the job interview example, this might involve picturing yourself calmly and confidently answering questions, impressing the interviewers, or receiving a job offer.
- The Bridge Back: Gently, I’ll guide you back to a fully awake state, feeling refreshed and empowered, with the seeds of positive change firmly planted within you.
After the Session: Integrating the Change and Continued Support
Following the session, you’ll receive a personalized recording containing the positive affirmations and future-pacing visualizations used during the session. Regularly listening to this recording reinforces the positive changes planted within your subconscious mind.

While RTT is often touted for its rapid results, I believe in managing expectations with transparency. Some clients experience significant shifts after a single session, while others may require additional sessions depending on the complexity of the issue.
